Asian American Educators of Howard County (AAEHC) is an inclusive organization for people of all background.

Because how little acknowledgement or recognition American society has for Asian Americans, it is our goal to:

1. Encourage the recruitment and retention of Asian Americans into the field of education.

2. Establish a community through professional networking.

3. Promote and support leadership and growth opportunities.

4. Promote awareness of Asian American diversity within the HCPSS community.
